Alhamdulillah, since 1994, Maahad Daawah has been fulfilling the following 4 noble functions in Kenya:
- Daawah – Creating awareness among the Kenyan community about the religion of Islam
- Zakah collection & disbursement to those in need – Specifically for
- Student sponsorship
- Medical relief
- Welfare for widows & the elderly
- Iftaars during Ramadan
- Qurbani/Udhiyyah – Performing the yearly sacrifice on behalf of Muslims worldwide and disbursing the meat
